Reservation Policy

• When you book with us, please make sure to pay the full amount upfront.
• Our accommodations are for guests who are 18 years old and above.
• Our rates may vary depending on when you book and the season.
• Remember, there will be GST added to all your purchases during your stay.
• Always double-check your booking voucher to ensure everything matches up: the dates, the rate, and the type of room.
• Pick the dormitory that matches your gender: Mixed, Male Only, or Female Only.
• Please note that guests can't stay in dorms designated for the opposite gender. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds in such cases.
• Our private rooms are cozy for two people, but sorry, we can't provide extra beds.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Check-In & Check-Out:

• You can check-in from 1 PM onwards. Early check-in is available at no extra charge, but it is dependent on availability.
• Confirmation for early check-in can only be given on the day of your arrival. Please inquire upon reaching the property as we are unable to confirm early check-in in advance.
• Check-out must be completed before 10 AM, and late check-out is not feasible.
• Our properties offer communal spaces, shared bathrooms, and storage facilities for your luggage. You are welcome to utilize these amenities before check-in and after check-out.
• Remember to carry a valid form of identification such as Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.
• Foreign visitors must present a valid passport with an appropriate visa.
• While we do welcome couples, both individuals must be at least 18 years old.
• Access beyond the reception area is restricted to registered guests only.

Cancellation & Changes:

• You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 15 days or 360 hours before the standard check-in time, which is at 1 PM.
• Please note that no changes are permitted after the cut-off date.
• To cancel or modify your booking, please send an email to hello@solosync.com.
• Reservations made through OTA partners like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc., can only be cancelled through them.
• Refunds are typically processed immediately but may take up to 15 days to reflect in your bank account.
• In the event of a no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged
• Unfortunately, there are no refunds for early departures.

Extension Policy:

Should you wish to extend your stay at any of our hostels, please note that it's subject to availability. The room will be provided at the current rates as displayed on our website, rather than the rates from your initial booking.

Cancellation Period:

• You can cancel your reservation at SoloSync at any time before the standard check-in time.
• For cancellations made within 15 days or 360 hours before the standard check-in time, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation Procedure:

• To cancel your booking, please contact us directly or email us at hello@solo-sync.com with your reservation details.
• If your booking was made through OTA partners such as MakeMyTrip or Booking.com, please note that cancellations must be processed through them exclusively.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds for cancellations are processed immediately by our team.
• However, please allow up to 15 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show (failure to check-in without prior cancellation), SoloSync reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation amount.

Early Departure:

• Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for early departures.

• SoloSync understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you encounter any exceptional situations, please reach out to us directly to discuss your options.
